On November 5, the Zibo Municipal Housing Provident Fund Management Center issued the "Announcement on Simplifying Housing Provident Fund Business Processing Materials". In accordance with the "one-time handle" reform work requirements and in combination with the actual data sharing of Zibo City, the "Announcement" is hereby made to simplify some housing provident fund business processing materials.
Cancel some of the certification materials for handling housing provident fund withdrawal and loan business: cancel the household registration certificate issued by the public security department. Cancel the proof of investment for installing an elevator. Cancel the diagnosis certificate extracted for emergencies or major diseases. Cancel the industrial and commercial registration cancellation certificate for the unit’s housing provident fund cancellation registration. Provide documents approving the revocation, dissolution, and policy bankruptcy of the superior unit or competent department, or documents ruling bankruptcy and liquidation by the people's court, or documents ordering closure and cancellation of industrial and commercial registration by the industrial and commercial department, etc. Cancellation of death certificate. When a unit handles the sealing of employee deaths, the employee death information is obtained by the Housing Provident Fund Management Center through a shared data platform. The "Housing Provident Fund Payment Certificate" and "No Housing Provident Fund Loan Balance Certificate" are cancelled. When employees who pay and deposit in other places purchase a house and withdraw their parents' or children's housing provident fund business, a notification and commitment system is implemented, and a "Notification and Commitment Letter of Notification and Commitment of Off-site Payment and Deposit Certification Matters" is implemented, and the Provident Fund Center conducts verification.
Simplified marriage certificates or divorce certificates: Marriage registrations handled in Shandong Province after August 1, 2011 can be obtained through shared data when accepting housing provident fund business. After authorization by employees, inquiries can be made through the shared data platform. Employees will no longer need to provide marriage certificates or divorce certificates when handling withdrawals and loan services. Marriage registrations handled outside Shandong Province and marriage registrations handled within Shandong Province before August 1, 2011 still require a marriage certificate or divorce certificate when handling business.
