In addition, marriage registrations in Shandong Province after August 1, 2011, no longer need to provide marriage certificates or divorce certificates when handling housing provident fund services.
It is reported that the six types of cancellation certification materials for processing housing provident fund withdrawals and loans include: canceling the household registration certificate issued by the public security department; canceling the capital contribution certificate for installing an elevator; canceling the diagnosis certificate for emergency or major disease withdrawal; canceling the industrial and commercial registration cancellation certificate for the cancellation of the unit's housing provident fund; providing documents approving the cancellation, dissolution, policy bankruptcy of the superior unit or competent department, or documents ruling bankruptcy liquidation by the people's court, or Documents ordered to be closed by the industrial and commercial department and documents canceling industrial and commercial registration; cancel the death certificate, and when the unit seals the death of an employee, the employee's death information will be obtained by the Housing Provident Fund Management Center through the shared data platform; cancel the "Housing Provident Fund Payment Certificate" and "No Housing Provident Fund Loan Balance Certificate", and when employees purchase a house and withdraw the housing provident fund for their parents or children from other places, a notification and commitment system will be implemented, and a "Notification Commitment Letter of Notification of Certificates of Off-site Deposit" will be verified by the Provident Fund Center.
In addition, marriage registrations processed in Shandong Province after August 1, 2011 can be obtained through shared data when accepting housing provident fund business. After authorization by employees, inquiries can be made through the shared data platform. Employees no longer need to provide marriage certificates or divorce certificates when handling withdrawals and loan services. However, marriage registrations handled outside Shandong Province and marriage registrations handled within Shandong Province before August 1, 2011 still require a marriage certificate or divorce certificate when handling business.
