Yuexiu Real Estate was awarded HK$600 million in term loan financing
On September 21, Yuexiu Real Estate announced that the company (as the borrower) entered into a financing agreement with a bank (lender) on that day, according to which the lender provided HK$600 million in term loan financing subject to the terms and conditions of the financing agreement.
